The Organic Cupcake Company bakes some of the finest tasting cupcakes in London using only the best organic ingredients for our cakes and toppings.
Our latest news is that we were recently asked to bake some organic cupcakes for the Highgrove House stand at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and we were thrilled to do this for them .The brief was simple cupcakes with an elegant red rose petal on top to decorate and the end result was stunning.Our client said they were beautiful too so we were very happy to say the least.
We were also commissioned to bake the 7th Anniversary cupcakes for the fantastic musical We Will Rock You by the lovely folks at Dewynters and again - we were thrilled to be asked.
We had also been asked to bake birthday cupcakes as a gift for Gordon Ramsay in November.....and we were delighted to oblige.....!!!!
We are always looking for the latest and finest organic products for our cupcakes and take great care in the products we use and how we bake our cakes. Our cupcakes are not what you would find on the supermarket shelf and we do not use any preservitives or additives in our baking.We also bake from 'scratch' and do not use any premade cake mixes for our cakes.
Our company is small but our belief is big! - which is, you don't have to compromise on taste to be able to compete in the cake world and bring people great cupcakes at a reasonable price and it is from this basis that our business has slowly but surely grown.
Just some of the ingredients we use are Nielsen-Massey Organic vanilla extract, Billingtons unrefined caster sugar,Doves organic flours and Green and Blacks organic cocoa powder.We only use organic butters not margarines and organic eggs for our cupcakes as there is just nothing that can compare with real butter and eggs!.We use organic natural lemon juices in our cakes and also fresh ingredients where possible as opposed to processed.
We believe that the better the ingredients, the better the taste -You don't need to love organic food to love these cupcakes!
We create and bake muffin sized cupcakes for weddings, corporate launches,media events,press days,christmas and seasonal events and celebration occasions made to your requirements and with the touch of individuality that comes with a bespoke service.Our prices are competitive and fairly priced.
We also provide cupcakes for delis,food stores and organic cafes at a competitive price.Please see our trade page for photos of our cupcakes especially created for retail outlets.
